Parking was fine bed was terrible mattress worn out false information on breakfast no kleen-ex's in room only one bar of soap pool down noisy could hear ever voice or noise in adjoining room didn't sleep at all but it was a clean room but will never stay again ought to be credited for room called manager wouldn't talk to me.

Pool was not open. No eggs or waffles at breakfast, just toast muffins, cereal and yogurt. The staff was wonderful tho!!! I had a situation and they helped me out a lot. I had 5 dogs little ones but 5 and they let me stay. I can't thank the manager enough.

Absolute dump: frayed and dirty carpets, peeling paint, musty smell, pool shut down, breakfast juice machine out of order... Good location for visiting Manassas, but there are better options nearby

The pool was clossed, and i didn't have any notifications that was clossed on the website. the options to breakfast were limited and the out side was not clean. The room was clean the room service was good.

check in was the only thing that was good. the young lady was personable and pleasant. The room appeared clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was dark, one light on desk did not work. The bathroom door was pealing paint on both sides of door. We were busy getting ready to leave, so I did not answer the "check out" email. as we were busy getting ready to leave, on maid knocked on the door and asked us what time we were leaving. With in 3 minutes, a second maid knocked on the door and asked for our "dirty towels". This was around 9:15am. Check out time was posted in lobby as 12 noon. We did not eat breakfast as it left a lot to be desired. To top it all off, after we returned home on the day of check out, a stye formed on my eye. A stye is caused by bacteria which I believe came from the room.

Pool was out of service. I had to replace my room key several times. My door handle came off. The staff was the nice. Hotel not in the greatest condition. WiFi was really slow. I won’t stay there again.
