I like that the property looked clean but bed and interior of the property is not well maintained. Towels were old and sometimes scarce. I liked the outside, it looked very clean and well maintained

No hot water. No service in English. Continental breakfast is tost, coffe, juice and watermelon. This was included. For rice and beans you pay extra 5 USD. Very noizy area. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and every day loud music from neighbouring night clubs.

La razón por mi desencanto el desayuno tan mediocre. Mejor ni lo ofrezcan si no lo van a poner bien. Café amargo gallo pinto frío jugo barato. Para nada sirvió en realidad. Y el desayuno es mi favorito tiempo. Y tome dos habitaciones una para mi chofer y el se quejó a mi!! Si no fuera por esto obviamente calificarían mejor. Esto fue en el Brandt’s por metrocentro.

Hôtel situé à 100m de la Zona Hippo, une rue de bar/discothèque de Managua. Staff très sympa et arrangeant. Pas d’eau chaude mais vu la chaleur du pays ça ne dérange pas

Need paint My bathroom has burned out lightbulb ... The safe didnt work ..! Internet was so so ... Breakfast nice People veryyy nice Employees are nice but owner have to pay attention to his property. This is a $50 hotel, no MORE. For 75 80 you get MUCh nicer than this. This is Managua, not Zurich..... Need improvement Has a NICE taxi guy .! I will repeat but at $50. No more

Comfortable spot in Managua

We needed a hotel in Managua within reasonable distance of the airport and this seemed to fit the bill. The cost was reasonable by US standards and the room was very clean and comfortable. WiFi and air conditioning were a nice plus!

Surprisingly unfriendly staff

The hotel is alright. But staff is rather unfriendly with an inappropriate curiosity for guests' private lifes: My business partners were asked about personal information such as my marital status. In a city where safety is an issue, and a hotel without a safe in the room, the stay at Hotel Brandt was somewhat creepy.

solid choice

I stayed at Hoteles Brandt in for 2 extended stays: 2012 (18 nights) and again in 2014 (9 nights). It is a great option for Managua. Convenient location, excellent staff, and very, very clean. Moderate nightly rate. The one difference between the 2 stays, that unfortunately is a negative, is there is a now a bar next door. It is a problem on Friday and Saturday nights as LOUD music does not stop till 2 in the morning. This is not the hotel's fault, but, it was enough of an issue for me that I would consider staying elsewhere on the weekends. However, Hoteles Brandt remains my go-to hotel choice for Managua.

Excellence and Comfort

Our stay at Hotel Brandt was outstanding. Hotel was clean, comfortable, had hot water, breakfast and wifi. The location is also great, located very close to restaurants and easy to get to. Staff was warm and friendly, would stay there again.
