Clean, comfortable hotel. The staff are excellent and go above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. I highly recommend this hotel!
what a wonderful stay, positioned right in the centre, the staff were very friendly and helpful the breakfast was five star, the choice of beers in the bar was amazing, the staff went out there way to help our needs, strongly recommend this hotel
excellent breakfast busy but friendly staff a working lift god sized room quiet small carpark Saturday evening entertainment very central would recommend
Excellent hotel with superb service. Found the double bed a little narrow - but used to a superking. Breakfast 'to die for'. Not much parking but we were lucky and found an empty space both evenings we stayed.
Great hotel with central location. The food was excellent and great beers in the pub downstairs. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, excellent service with a personal touch.
Staying with my son as he had an exam at the college.
I can't fault the place.
Room was amazing. To have the lounge was nice.
The staff were so helpful and accommodating organising breakfast tray for my son as we had to get to his exam early.
The dinner was lovely. Bordering on fine dining and great quality.
I came back and had a breakfast which was of the same standard. The chap looking after breakfast was brill.
Once I checked out I relaxed in the lounge watching the snooker till I had to pick my son up.
Overall loved it.
Very friendly and close to the theatre. It has a lift to the upstairs rooms. They have live music. But have different lounges where you can sit if you don’t want to be in with the music. All round a very pleasant stay
Malvern is a great little town with lots of restaruants near the hotel. Hotel is very run down and heating was not great controlled by reception.
Had a great evening at the Theatre and lovely meal at nearby restarant but decided not to have a drink in the hotel bar as there was no seats available.
The wifi was intermitened but as it was just for one night it did not really matter.
