Our check in process was horrible as our room was not ready until after four but we had dinner reservations at 6 PM and we had arrived at 12pm. "Property is outdated! Some staff were friendly others always asked for tips all the time. Location is strategic, on the beach and on the strip with plenty of food choices. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel to take you downtown for $2.70."
