"This hotel could be wonderful but in our opinion it was let down by some of its staff. The hotel was absolutely full of Germans. I have no problem with other nationalities, however being Canadian/English our first language IS NOT GERMAN. Even my ability to say please, thank you etc. in Turkish was lost on many. "Rezervasyon yaptırdığım ve ödemesini yaptığım otele saat 18.00de ulaştık. Hotels.com ve otel arasındaki iletişim sıkıntısı nedeniyle yaklaşık 2 saat check in işlemi yapılamadı. Resepsiyon görevlisi iyi niyetli olmakla beraber yeterli beceriye sahip değildi. Otelin konfor ve temizliği fiyat/performans açısından zayıftı. Personel yetersizdi.
