"Absolutely wonderful. Guilana the hostess was so warm, friendly, and helpful. She greeted me with a cup of coffee and answered all my questions about the Aeolians and was there if i needed anything else. I booked the deluxe room and it was clean, light, airy and incredibly comfortable. The views from the room--and from the terraces--were a dream. "A l’arrivée, accueil assez froid, le personnel n’a pas pris la peine de nous faire visiter toutes les installations de l’hôtel, nous laissant attendre sur une terrasse avec une bouteille d’eau. A la piscine, il est très difficile d’avoir une chaise longue…. Nous obligeant à rester sur une chaise en métal. La vue depuis la terrasse est belle. Globalement, les prix sont très élevés mais surtout le rapport qualité/prix n’y est clairement pas. "

"In ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro di Malfa, eppure eppure "isolato", in posizione sopraelevata con vista sul mare. Le camere, ognuna come un piccolo edificio a sè stante, collegate da vialetti fioriti, climatizzate, sono larghe e con terrazzina che si affaccia sul mare. Il titolare Gianfranco è cortese, simpatico, disponibile. Una colazione un pò più varia avrebbe significato la perfezione."
