"When we checked in we were graciously upgraded to a suite in another building with access to another resort and pool. All the staff were very friendly in all areas which made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was included which was great. Close to the beach, handy supermarket and bus stop to Heraklion centre and airport. "

"The resort was really nice. Great food and amazing staff! However, though it was an all-inclusive resort, it did not make any sense at all why you had to purchase drinks after 11 PM, that includes soft drinks and liquor. Not sure why there is a time limit when it's an all-inclusive resort. "
