"Beautiful room with a small terrace overlooking the canal. Very quiet, even though it is central to the main square and on the canal. Very cheerful and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable with a big shower and even a toilet that washes you with warm water which was a first for me! We will definitely stay here when we are in Ghent again."

"Evert and Bart are the most perfect hosts! From the moment we arrived to the time we left they looked after us with great care and insight. The hotel is beautifully designed, both inside and out. The lounge area is a lovely space in which to relax. The breakfasts here are tremendous, with fresh juice and fruit, homemade yoghurt, a delightful basket from the bakery, a selection of meats and cheeses and eggs, bacon and even pancakes. "The hotel is modern, friendly and easy to find and park at. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a simple buffet but tasty and there was plenty of choice. Waregem is also a good place to stop on the way to the Netherlands. "
