"Simple Room"

"This stay was interesting to say the least. The room was a mix between an old school/hospital/jail room. The door to the room didn’t have a dead bolt or security bolt, only a latch. And also it was a push door with a lock, so the handle was useless. It’s in the middle of a very noisy block, the room basically shakes until 2am, but they provide earplugs. The shower reminded me of a locker room shower, as well as the sinks. Besides what I mentioned just being unexpected, the bed was comfy, the...

"Exelent services. 5 star"

"Great stay for a stay !"

"Room very clean and perfect for family of 5. Staff is very friendly and helped accommodate early check in when we arrived a few hours earlier. Breakfast lots of options. This is our second time staying here and it will not be our last. Great location and price. They even decorated for Halloween around the hotel. Highly recommended."

"Everything is perfect "

"Loved it"

"The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had a wedding to attend and called to ask for an earlier check in time. Heather in the front desk checked their availability and was able to find us a room. Thank you Heather! The only downside was the number of homeless in downtown but it seems that’s very common in urban...

"The downside was that the WiFi didn’t work, I picked this place so I could use my laptop but ended up having to use my personal phone hotspot. The staff were nice, the room was fairly clean, but the WiFi not working and tv not being able to connect to WiFi to screencast was a bummer"

"Left a bracelet behind. Was back in town a week later & walked in to retrieve it. I was told by front desk that it had been logged into lost & found. After waiting 30+ minutes to get it back I was told that it could not be found."

"Excelente lugar , muy lindo y limpo , todo bien , mi unica critica es que no tienen frigobar en el cuarto , no se puede llevar un remedio que requiera frio , y el wifi de alta velocidad lo cobran aparte , sino la conexion es muy lenta"

"Clean rooms and helpful staff."
