"Suggest Chang towel every day."

"A nice room for the price paid, nothing terrible and nothing overly special. Staff friendly and attentive for the brief interactions we had. Happy hour in the bar a nice addition. Didn't eat there so can't rate the restaurant. Overall a solid 4/5."

"This is my second times to stay in Adina Pentridge, staffs are friendly and helpful. I like the room, bar and swimming pool which are clean and stylish."

"Room was modern and clean, good coffee in room, check in process easy and everything nice & close by. Thank you. Will visit again"

"We stayed for 10 nights and were very happy. The room was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Daily housekeeping kept us up with everything we needed, everyone was very friendly. Only issue I would say with this hotel is that it needs more parking. "Consistently high standard with excellent staff and facilities. A bit more expensive than a suburban motel but more spacious."

"Good facilities, loved the gym and super nice staff."

"The Staff were wonderful with accommodating us during our stay and our visitors the morning of my daughters wedding!"

"It just wasn’t clean or all that secure. But the staff were very nice and there were plenty of great unclean amenities making it good value."

"My second trip to Element Hotel Richmond. Very clean and comfortable, highly recommended to friends and family."

I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."

"Large clean apartments"

I had to push the door and told him that this is my room. Then, he told me that this was his room as well. Then he left my room. I called the reception to ask about the issue. The reception said that it was a mistake. I told I needed a...
