"The worst of the worst customer service from the time we were checking in. We were the first at check-in counter as we arrived at the hotel at around 8 AM. We understand check-in time is 3PM so we patiently waited. However, we noticed they have been letting in everyone that came in to the check-in counter so we tried to follow up multiple times. They’ve been telling us no available room yet which is hard to believe because everybody that came in from 9AM till 2:55PM got in except for us....

"The room was nice and clean. Cleaners tidy up the room whenever you like. Restaurants were very delicious and the property was beautiful. Great trip for me and my wife!"

"Nice secluded spot a short walk from Diniwid Beach. Awesome staff and cute dogs on the property. Great value for the price. Only downside is it's about a half hour walk to get to the busier part of the beach if that is what you are seeking on your stay. Highly recommend if you're looking to relax in Boracay! Would definitely stay again. :-)"

Every aspect is excellent including the fabulous staff providing consistent high level customer service, the rooms are designed so well and beautifully appointed, the beach is gorgeous, the hotel grounds are stunning and the food in the many restaurants was always excellent! Highly recommended and plan to return! "
