"A gem of a property just right for Malaka, likely you'll not stay in town for long so this place makes perfect sense, clean & tidy with the sights a walk away Enough amenities downstairs in reception to make breakfast ( tea, coffee, hot chocolate provided along with a few snacks ) And the resident cat just as friendly 🐾"

"Staff are friendly. Room clean but there's only soap dispenser. No shampoo. Wifi really very bad. I have to use my own data. U can only check-in exactly 3pm, no compromise about it. Not like some other hotels. I don't think i will go to this hotel again."

"During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."
