"The room is clean as usual. Comfortable and spacious. But only one thing we are not satisfied, even we request 1 extra towel, they charged rm10-20. Before this they didn’t charge. The staff are good and polite Also. Me and my family took breakfast and the food has lots of variety and delicious as usual. We love to stay here and our of favorite place everytime go to Malacca. Plus it’s near to mall, easy to access as well."

No one told us there was a secret hidden curtain that could blockout the morning sun so we slept without curtains and were forced to wake up at 7am.
