"The worst staff i have ever experenced. The restaurant staff on the top level are so slow and stupid and the reception charged me for an already broken coat hanger Scam central"

"Good place in the city"

"Rooms are clean and well appointed. I found the pillows too hard, but that just might be me. The staff are exceptional here....best you could ask for. The hotel is in a good position, reasonably close to SM Clark and the entertainment area, yet far enough away to be reasonably peaceful. The pool was great and kept very clean, meals were good and reasonably priced. I wanted to use the gym byt unfortunately the main piece of equipment was not in working order. I will be staying at Savannah again...

"Incredibly affordable. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to issues. Will stay here again."

"pool is great.standard rooms are small but supreme is good.Staff are good.Nice german restaurant across the road,i will go back.Only problems are the mosquitos and shower no hot water"

"Main problem is that no receptionist at the time of our check in - it’s the cleaner who accepted us and checked in we used online so right away impression is no good - one person cleaning and receptionist - not enough staff so you need to go front desk to ask and nobody coz nobody is in charge ; front door is locked out so stayed long just to get in - room is ok and as is what is shown online great , but no cookware in the kitchen and was given a rusty pan that it’s health risk ; help to clean...

"Wifi worked fine. Room was clean and soap and towel and blankets and A/C was provided. There was a pool but I didn't have a chance to use it."

"The air conditioning barely worked, and the room was full of ants! I put food in the fridge overnight and woke up to it covered in ants inside the fridge! Disgusting "

"Great lived it"

"***RUN WHILE YOU CAN My bed had little black bugs all over it. The room had a pungent odor and it is very noisy. When I confronted the receptionist about the bugs, bugs started crawling on the counter as she casually squashed them and flicked them away as to not have evidence disrupting our wonderful conversation. I didn't stay and had to go and check into another hotel. I requested a refund but unfortunately even though they said they would FULLY refund but had to go thru expedia, they are...

"I booked this hotel in advance because I was truly looking forward to a relaxing vacation after a 19-hour flight. Sadly, my experience here was incredibly disappointing. The first room I was given was unacceptable: no drinking water, an unplugged refrigerator, an unclean comfort room, and an air conditioner that barely worked. To their credit, the front desk staff were kind and moved me to Room 212. Unfortunately, that room was also a downgrade and came with its own issues: a strong smell from...

"The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen Rooms have dead cockroaches under the beds and ones that crawls Fridge is nasty, …. Too many to list"
