Bad house keeping.
When house keeping took awsy the used towels they forgot to replace them. The sheets were to small for the bed so i woke up to find myself sleeping on the matress.

The room we booked on line didn't exist.
The room that we booked through this website was not what we were offered when we arrived at the hotel, in fact the hotel said that they didn't even have a room like it. They kept trying to downgrade us, but finally after I showed them the website and what we booked they put us in a more appropriate equivalent room, but the beds were as hard as a rock, extra beds were a mattress on the floor, and the hotel hallway ceiling was leaking on every floor. At least it wasn't leaking in our room!

Kesimpulannya saya akan menginap lagi disini jika ke Makassar. Hotelnya cukup cozy meski ada renovasi. Stafnya ramah, Sarapan enak, lokasi strategis & mudah transportnya. Hanya sayang kamar saya terlalu dingin krn pengaturnya tdk berfungsi baik. Semoga diperbaiki.

Good hotel and newly renovated rooms
The room that we got is newly renovated. Clean and nice. Beds are comfy, bathroom is clean. Breakfast needs to be perked up with better choices of food. For me, breakfast was so so. Nice breakfast area, next to the swimming pool. Swimming pool was clean and not too big pool, perfect for children, since it's easier to keep an eye of them.

Business in Makassar
Hotel is in the business district and there is nothing for the part-time tourist to do nearby. The restaurant was OK, don't order the fish. Staff worked hard to meet all my needs but communication would be difficult for those who don't speak Indonesian. Suites were huge and reasonably clean.
