There is plenty to do with the kids including aqua aerobics, Zumba, volleyball, tennis, mini golf, belly dancing and a wide choice of swimming pools and water slides (we counted 11 in total). Very poor, discourteous and unhelpful. We felt more like an inconvenience than guests. The room was ok, staff not especially helpful or polite. Very keen to gain tips for the slightest bit of help.
