"HOTEL ROOM WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SHOWN IN PICTURE, DIRTY BED LINEN AND PILLOW COVERS, DIRTY TOWELS WERE PROVIDED WHICH WERE NOT EVEN REPLACED EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WAS OK, BUT AFTER CHECKOUT OUR TRAIN WAS LATE IN THE EVENING, THEY DIDN'T HAD FANS OR AC WORKING IN THE RECEPTION AREA SO THAT WE CAN WAIT THERE.
