"This is one of my favorite places to stay in Germany. It's a beautiful palace, built for an actual queen. The rooms are all unique and well furnished. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are large. Each room I've stayed in has a delightful large bathtub. Breakfast is delicious and served in an elegant dining room. Dinner in the restaurant is marvelous and also served in an elegant dining room or on the beautiful back terrace. The staff are efficient and friendly and knowledgeable and kind....
"I appreciate this hotel every time I stay here. It has a quiet elegance that I enjoy. My room was in the Jagdschloss itself, and it was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was wonderful and I appreciated the selection of pillows. I especially loved the nearby forest and lake, and the walking trails. I plan to return to the Jagdschloss Kranichstein and I recommend it to others. "
"I had a 12 hour layover in Frankfurt and this hotel was close, quite and easy to get to. I just jumped on the train at the airport and went one stop and it was a short walk. Super convenient if you have a layover or are leaving from the Frankfurt airport. Price was good, restaurant and bar were open late (10:30) and you could purchase breakfast in the morning. "
"We have stayed at the hotel at least 6 times in recent years and this time we felt a radical change in the breakfast. The breakfast has become poor and many things that used to be there are missing. The Asian corner, smoked and pickled salmon, vegetables like radishes, a selection of cakes, all of these are no more and it is a shame and the price they ask for the meal is very high compared to what you get"
