"Rooms were clean and properly made. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking lot has plenty of spaces. Convenient market in lobby area. Pool was closed when I stayed there. Breakfast was decent except coffee poured out tar-black and smelled like a mixture of old grounds and liquid cleaner. Disgusting. Overall a decent stay and convenient location. "

"Very comfortable single night stay in a pretty modern downtown (Old Port) hotel. There was construction going on, but it did not affect me too much; I heard some drilling the next morning but not until after 8am--it didn't awaken me. Room is modern, clean and well appointed. Good lighting and water pressure in bathroom--stall shower is a bit narrow but otherwise great. Breakfast buffet was a pretty good selection at a reasonable rate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "They cancelled my booking when I tried to check in because I was traveling with a cat. It was one night. Instead me and my pet slept in the car that night and I got zero money back because the booking was non refundable. These people didn’t even try. I will never trust a “Quality” inn and suites again. They took my money and I had nowhere to stay. Completely unacceptable. "
