"The beautiful water views and expansive lawn leading down to the water make this property truly special. We loved the peaceful setting, the clean and comfortable accommodations, and the convenience of having so many great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year!"

"Didn’t like the cement barrier in front of the upper rooms. Grass area needed cutting in order to go around barrier. Rooms were advertised as a view of the bay and most were. Our room had a small window facing Rt 1."

"I loved everything about this bed-and-breakfast. Came with my boyfriend and we had a very lovely, romantic room. Property staff were all so kind and helpful and we loved coming home every night to the delicious pie. We also loved sitting out in the yard in the Adirondack chairs under the tree. Would love to return."
