"The only negative here is the beds were a little stiff, other than that, we had an amazing stay. The pool & hot tub being an indoor facility was fantastic! Great option of a light breakfast in the morning. Close to Santa’s Village and Downtown Lancaster, highly recommend Scorpios Bar & Grill for food."

"This was our first stay at Moose Brook Motel, and we would definitely return and recommend it to others. It is apparent the owners take pride in their property and keep it very well maintained. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff: in an era when many hotels are no longer providing daily room service, not only was housekeeping performed daily and expertly, they also did little things like organizing the shoes I had haphazardly unloaded from my bag, into a neat and tidy line on my bedroom floor! The outdoor pool is beautiful and the pool area very nice. Two notes: the rooms are not air conditioned, but there are ceiling fans which kept the rooms very comfortable, even in mid-August. Also, we stayed in Room 1, which is the nearest room to the road (Route 2). If you are sensitive to road noise when you sleep, you may wish to request a room set back further from the road. It wasn't a problem for us, however."

"There is a lovely view and it is also nice to have a separate cabin. The place was clean, had a stove, small fridge and freezer, as well as heat and A/C. I also appreciated that we could open the windows for some fresh air. The only thing that could be improved was that the cabin could be updated, and there could have been more blankets. There was one extra for four people which ended up being a little chilly."

"Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Nancy was excellent to work with. We arrived to the hotel late and she had everything ready for us as we needed adjoining rooms. We were only planning to stay one night but decided to stay for two and was able to utilize the beautiful outdoor pool. Would come back again."

"The Inn At Oxbow Acres is wonderful!!! The scenery around you and the property itself is beautiful. There are horses,ponies,donkeys and chickens. Along with some friendly barn cats! The property inside and out is impeccably maintained, The hosts Maria and Brian are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is among the best you will get anywhere!!! Loved our stay here and plan on returning. A great place to unplug from your daily hustle."
