Thank you very much for your feedback, we have planned to touch up the buildings after the tourists season down after April.

Maikhao beach during December until March it's always nice and good to swim and it's also the time for the turtle come to lay their eggs during this time as well. The building in front of the hotel is not belong to the hotel.

Thank you very much for your feedback, we know and understand that you and your party are vegetarian. Our staff tried to make all of your party happy with every meals. We made the separate dishes for breakfast every morning. English communication can be a problem even you try to speak slower. Maikhao beach is the new destination for Phuket where tourists can see the real local life and the beach is protected for the turtle to lay their eggs every year during December until March. So the government will not allow to have shops along the beach but guests can take a free bicycle from the hotel to the village near by where there are shops, restaurants and bars. Actually, the depatment store is not too far but we still need to go by taxi, cannot be in the walking distance.

Because of Maikhao Beach is protected for the turtle to lay thier eggs every years so the government will not allow to have shops along the beach. However the hotel provides the bicycle for free to ride to the convenience stores.

We will check the spider webs and the bugs nest but the pool was filthy, shouldn't have because the daily record didn't show, however we will keep the record to source it out.

A little hut on the beach in front of the hotel is the hut of the fisherman where they keep their equipment. It might not look nice but it shows the way of life of the locals. However, thank you very much for your feedback, krab

We have noted about our breakfast to discuss with our chef but there shouldn't have the flies in the restaurant. For the mosquito, we hardly have the feedback because we are near the beach and we spray it monthly.
