We booked a suite through Expedia, when checking in, we were told there are no suites. With a family of 3, and a family of 2(a separate booking) we had to split rooms with kids. We were never notified prior to arrival of this information. This was not very good service or communication.

Here, we would like to clarify that when you book a room through a third-party channel, your room type is never guaranteed. You only get to make a preference, which is subject to the hotel's availability after direct bookings are assigned their guaranteed room types. Should you choose to stay with us in the future, we recommend you book via the hotel's brand website or call the hotel directly to guarantee a particular room type. We do appreciate the opportunity to make such information clearer for our guests and assure you that we will review our communication processes internally and use this experience as a training tool to facilitate superior guest experiences moving forward. Unfortunately, we do not provide free breakfast at our hotel and do not advertise this amenity as free on our brand website. However, we have an on-site restaurant offering takeaway meals for our guests' convenience. We are also conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, meaning our guests have a choice of options to satisfy their hunger. We understand the importance of maintaining a fresh look and feel for the property and undertake periodic renovations/repairs as part of the hotel's routine upkeep. The jacuzzi was not hot. I reported from the pool on the red phone and no one came. I then asked for towels but they were in drier so I had to go to the room wet. That was second day. The housekeeper never knocked on door to collect or do any clean up the entire stay. On Monday the jacuzzi worked again on Monday? After another patron asked for help with the jacuzzi. I come here all the time and was shocked to see that the staff were not as courteous and the jacuzzi is my favorite spot while the kids play in the pool. After a lot of personal struggles all I wanted was that jacuzzi!!!!

It was decent. Staff was very nice. Beds comfy. Room clean. A little noisy in the hallway and road outside but not too bad.

Service is excellent. The breakfast is perfect. Cleanliness is the one thing that can be addressed by staff. Counter and table tops were not clean.

The curtains were very thin. Lights from the parking lot next door were terrible. When the sun rose all the light came as well. Otherwise a pretty normal hotel experience....not bad

Stay was very good very easy checkin the staff was very nice and pleasant. Only thing we were on the top floor and had another room screaming in the hallway around midnight, it didn’t last very long. I Would stay here again

Unfortunately, complimentary breakfast is not currently a Hilton Garden Inn brand standard; therefore, breakfast is not offered for free at any Hilton Garden Inn property. We do have an on-site restaurant that serves refrigerator-frozen and microwavable packaged items for guests to prepare with their in-room hospitality center, including microwave and refrigerator. Please know that we don't advertise complimentary breakfast on our brand website. However, there may be other websites out there with incorrect hotel information. Unfortunately, we don't have much control over the contents of third-party sites. Perhaps you could let us know the source of this information so we can investigate. Meanwhile, we have taken note of your concern to share with our team. We arrived and the appearance of the lobby was great. However, our room did not have any coffee cups or glasses. The next morning we realized we didn’t have enough towels and the coffee maker was broken. It was repaired that day but no glass or coffee cups. Front desk was very welcoming
