"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. "We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The location is very poor, situated in a congested and densely packed area, which made access difficult and unpleasant. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. To make things worse, there was a lizard roaming around in the bathroom, which was quite disturbing.
