"I was booked in the wrong room from what my reservation was and had to call to have them fix it. The stains were atrocious. Poop stain right on the floor - very obvious. Giant yellow stains on both the couch and sleeper bed. Rugs probably haven't been cleaned in over a decade. There was no room cleaning during our stay whatsoever. I was not happy. And then we had the room below us banging on our floor nonstop because he disliked our toddler's footsteps. It was only 8pm. Front desk was understanding and apologetic, but it definitely was not the experience I'd hoped for. Definitely felt like showering when I left and would never walk in that room barefoot!"

"We found a previous guest's used underwear left behind in the room. The TV disconnected from the network on our second night and would not reconnect. We requested additional pillows from the front desk staff, but were told that they did not know where they are and couldn't help us. The phone and radio were non-functional despite being plugged in. Front desk staff didn't believe us when we informed them and didn't offer any further remedy or investigation. Several of the lights in the room were plugged in but did not work. On our fist morning we tried the breakfast and got food poisoning from it. Overall, our experience of this hotel was that at first glance everything *looked* decent and sufficiently up to standard, but the actual quality of the stay was extremely sub-par."

"The room was definitely dirty. Had to change rooms because the television kept going out, the toilet would not flush and the refrigerator did not work. The second room smelled like cigarette smoke but we dealt with it because we were too tired to leave again. We did not get cleaning service on the second day so we had to ask for tissue and towels. When they did clean the floor was still nasty and full of crumbs. Definitely not a good look for a Marriott brand hotel."

"The breakfast staff does an amazing job each morning. They are very good at refreshing the breakfast foods. The rooms are clean. There was a problem with ants that I advised the front desk about. The air conditioner in room 300 is a bit noisy, and needs to be looked at. The exercise room is well equipped and clean with weights, ellipticals, treadmills, weight scale."
