"We recently stayed at this hotel and visited the casino, and unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas.
The most immediate issue was the overwhelming smoke throughout the casino. It was extremely heavy and made it uncomfortable to spend any extended time there.
Service was also disappointing. Despite the casino not being busy, we waited around while actively playing machines for nearly 20 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted by any attendant. A simple welcome or offer of assistance would have made a big difference.
Additionally, the gaming options felt limited and confusing. Only line-style games were available, and there were no keno machines, which was a letdown. On top of that, the betting systems and gameplay options weren’t very user-friendly, especially for casual players—it felt overly complicated rather than enjoyable.
Overall, while the hotel stay itself may have potential, the casino experience needs significant improvement in air quality, customer service, and accessibility of games.
Our room was clean and sufficient, and the front desk/cashier person who checked us in was polite and helpful. "

"There was only coffee, room was pretty clean and the property. Lots AND lots of people watching my car from the second I pulled in, watched me unload, the other person with me, everytime we left, room got super hot and we had to open the window and there was people talking outside our window and yelling in the parking lot, cheapest option at what expense."
