Hard Rock Hotel Madrid
The stay was very good until it was time for check out. One of the 2 elevetors got broken, and the other elevator only stopped 4 times in 20 minutes in my floor. Because they were small elevators they were always full. Had to take down the stairs with my luggege and in all lost half an hour in the ...
