"Good hotel. There was some construction in the hotel so noises if you stayed in the room."

"Always like to stop at a Hard Rock however this was a first time at this hotel on Madrid. Location is everything when traveling & this property"s locale is not great. It was necessary to walk miles or get transportation to the happening areas. Hotel breakfast was OK but again property not near any other eating establishments."

"Swimming pool opening hours are little a bit ridiculous. People are on holiday, hotel sign outside says 5* and you can swim 10am-9pm"

"Stayed here the night prior to flying from Madrid. Free covered parking, excellent breakfast buffet for a fee (pay when booking). Multi lingual staff eager to help. Clean, comfortable rooms with frig and microwave. Would stay here again."
