"Overall, the rooms were pretty clean. However, I noticed small details, such as old stains on the walls and some of the doors. But that could've been an entire building maintenance detail and not housekeeping.
Check-in was amazing, as the staff was very understanding of my delayed arrival. While there was an incident fee of $50, it had nothing to do with my delayed arrival--rather, it was a standard procedure for the stay.
Overall, I would stay at this property again!"

"Did not actually stay at this property. The lady at the desk was very unhelpful and was rude when I objected to a lack of assistance. She said I acted “white entitled” and threatened to call the police although I never raised my voice, cussed, threatened, or was abusive to her. "We were traveling with a small dog (six pounds) and selected the hotel based on pet friendliness. All the staff who met our dog were kind and happy to see her. The staff, in general were really very helpful and went out of their way to make the three of us welcome and comfortable. The property is well located.
