"I honestly didn't expect much from New Medina Hotel because I thought it was only a 3-star hotel and was not satisfied at first. I even asked for a refund at the last minute, but they couldn't provide one due to their cancellation policy.
However, we decided to give it a try, and I'm glad we did. The hotel allowed us to check in about two hours early, which was very helpful. The staff gave us a warm welcome, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was nice with a good variety of options, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The only area that could be improved is the room service lunch. The food quality was not as good as we expected, and I think there is room for improvement.
Overall, we had a very good experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah."
