"I arrived at 2:00 AM and my name wasn't on their list. The receptionist kept calling the managers, but my problem wasn't resolved until 6:00 AM. I was so exhausted that I called the police until they finally showed me to my room at 6:30 AM. In the morning, I met with the manager, who apologized, but it wasn't enough. I asked him to refund me for the night, but he couldn't. In any case, this hotel is poorly managed."
