"We arrived hsving booked and paid 4 months before our arrival the guy from a small shop came and spoke to us and helped the only member of staff present to arrange rooms for us. The property was dirty rundown with absolutely no facilities not at all as shown in the photos . We were eventually handed a mobile phone and were asked to pay 950 usd for our rooms told them that we had paid via hotels .com and gave booking numbers and showed my reciepts for payment but to no avail we were yold to pay...

"This hotel is situated on a beautiful private property, with a lovely garden and private beach with rock pools! Food - especially Sri Lankan food - was fantastic! "Fantastic beach front location with great views. Rooms and common areas very good standard and staff very helpful and hospitable. Lovely free perks in addition including afternoon tea/ cakes and drinks (gin/tonic, wine and beer) from 5-6pm. Food outstanding."
