"Simpson Bay Resort is a great place to stayt, the breakfast buffet is very good, we recommend that you include it in your reservation. The beaches are beautiful, comfortable to swing. The pools are very clean and warm. Overal, we liked it and we would stay here again in our next trip to St. Marteen."

"The resort grounds, food, staff and the room was great. I was in room 121, the thermostat was either too cold 60 or too hot 79, the exrra blankets helped🙂. Please have that checked. I will definitely recommend it"

"It was great overall. Enjoyed walking to Baie Rouge beach, dinners at Mezza Luna and Ma Ti Beach, with exceptional staff. Transport is a must if you want to explore more of the Dutch side."

"The hotel is fine- it is safe, etc. But it is just 'mid'. If you are looking for absolute luxury, look elsewhere! I think this is a good option for those who don't want to break the bank, the area it is in though isn't great and a drive to get anywhere."

"We recently stayed at Sonesta and while the hotel itself is beautiful with amazing views and a great location, our experience was unfortunately very frustrating. Upon check-in, we specifically booked an ocean view room but were initially given Room 101, which had a parking lot/front entrance view instead. After having to make a fuss, we were finally moved to Room 311, which was much better. However, on days 2 and 3, the AC stopped working. On top of that, there was heavy construction going on...

"The property is beautiful, very well maintained with plants, flowers, and landscaping. The room was awesome, nice walkout sliding doors, and a great bathroom with a walk-in shower for two people. I have zero complaints or suggestions for improvement. The fridge was good, coffee maker, all amenities were top notch."

"You're steps away from a nice sandy beach, a few waves getting in and out but can float around if you like. They have assigned beach chairs, you tell them what area you want and they'll put your room number on some that are available. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially at the little Mini Mart and had everything you would need. We never ate at the restaurant, went next door to Divi, they have several options. The room's are outdated but found everything was clean enough,...

"Staffs provided professional service, the property and rooms are well maintained and very clean amd smelling fresh. There's elevator available if you don't wish to use the stairs. It's located right in the town where you can walk to your daily needs and entertainment."

"My wife and I travel frequently. We stayed at a Hotel on the Dutch side and a hotel on the French side to experience both vibes. This hotel is graded as a 4 star but in our opinion, it is a solid 4.5 star. The ocean view accommodations were very pleasant. It is an expensive island...But no-where near as expensive as St. Barts.
