"We really wanted to leave a good review of Villa du Kapress because the staff were so lovely and overall the villa is really nice, we also had one of our best meals here while we were on St.Maarten. The Villa was also nicely located so we’re weren’t right in the craziness, but a short drive away. But, there were somethings that took away from our experience. "Beautiful resort, very family oriented. A lot of the bar and wait staff were inattentive and not happy with their jobs. Beach was amazing, parking was fine. "

"Everything that we need is there perfectly. Loved the view from the room , modern decor, lovely breakfast and of course, warm concierge. She even made a reservation for the dinner at a great restaurant nearby. Location is pretty convenient for all the best beaches in St. Martin. We’re definitely coming back ! "

"We stayed here for a few days before Anguilla. The property is dated but very clean. The restaurant is very good with fair prices. I will stay here again hopefully the living quarters will be updated soon. The beach is nice and being able to walk to the other resort was a plus, more restaurants. They don’t acknowledge or do anything special for your birthday."

"Not a 4 star property - may have been 20 years ago, but badly in need of a renovation. The location is great (especially for Maho beach) and it is clean, but expect a timeshare property that is straight out of the 90’s. Also, the “free” WiFi didn’t work for my room. "

I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. "

"The property was ok compared to other resorts we have been too. We are very thankful we did NOT do the all inclusive package as the restaurant options were lackluster at best. Mix the rooftop bar was a great experience, best spot at the resort, just check the weather forecast before booking!
