"Air conditioning did not work well and the room stayed at an uncomfortable temperature. The shower was unique and took a minute to figure out how to use it. the showerhead clip broke off from the wall. The TV works you just have to login to your streaming service and local stations are not provided. Staff was friendly and helpful with bags and directions. Breakfast was OK. Someone was there to make espresso later on in the day and not for breakfast. I found all the food offered was served at room temperature and not hot. Coffee was not full and creamer may or may not have been on the table. Hotel is fine for a long layover or to fly out the next day I would not recommend a long-term stay."

"We stayed at Eloisa Royal Suites for one night at the start and end of our Cebu trip, and it worked well as a stopover close to the airport. The airport pickups were arranged as planned, though the drop-off charges had changed since we booked, which was a bit disappointing — the bigger issue was some confusion at the end when the taxi/private car price suddenly seemed much higher than what we’d agreed. Aside from that, the staff were lovely and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and well stocked, and the beds were good, though I’d avoid a roadside room if you’re sensitive to noise. Breakfast was simple but good, with eggs made to order, and one of the vegetable dishes was genuinely amazing. The pool and breakfast area are a bit of a walk from the rooms, but for a night near the airport with places to eat nearby, it’s a solid choice."

"Clean small room...although it can sleep 4 the futon takes up the small living room...Best to keep to 2 adults...Netflix was free and available...the room was clean...although the property is still under construction the café is open and serves great food...a shopping area is just up the road about 1km...can walk or take a trike...a cute getaway with a secure neighborhood."

"The airport shuttle is a one-way thing. If they pick you up they won't drop you off and vice versa. The hotel in need of refurbishing inside and out. The location is excellent with a good proximity to the airport and other helpful things."
