"So many things to mention. I'm shocked they have not been shut down at this point. The water started off brown and then cleared as you ran it. The tub and floor connection looks as if it was sealed by an infant. The tub faucet would not shut off and had a steady stream/drip. The bathroom light/fan had no fixture. Just a bulb and fan. No fixture above the sink, just a florescent tube light. Rust on the door hinges It looks like what used to be space or wall heaters throughout the room were rusted and bent up. Water spots on the ceiling above the bed. The bed felt like you were sleeping on just springs. The smoke detector haad the battery compartment pull out and the battery partially removed so it would not make contact. The carpet felt sticky when walking on it. One of the lights and plugs on the wall above the nightstand did not work. I hung up the "do not disturb" sign when I left for the day, only to return to the sign being gone and clearly someone had been in the room to change towels and such. The money you may save by booking here is not worth the conditions you or your family will be sleeping in. AVOID if all possible!!"

"I was charged for two nights when I was only staying one. No screen on the window. The hot tub was grimy. When breakfast items ran out it took forever to get anything refilled, like coffee. The staff were very apologetic, but also complained about the printer or the computer or short staffing or being busy. I asked to be put NOT on a first floor, the receptionist said sure, no problem...I ended up on the first floor. Pool out of order. One of the lights in the living area didn't work. Toilet tank cover off the toilet tank. Stuff laying around which made me wonder how thoroughly the place was cleaned."

"The front desk guy was great. Friendly and helpful. They did not have any handicap parking that I could find and the parking on the end of the hotel where those with limitations was blocked off with cones. Decent breakfast."

"Room was clean and huge, I had a suite, which really meant very large, not necessarily full! Breakfast was basic, I did appreciate the free bottle of water! Pool was closed, one of two elevators down and only one ice machine, because of renovations! Staff was apologetic, but letting your guests know your hotel is going through renovations before hand would really be nice!"

"Waited at the desk for over 10 mins before being acknowledged. The smell of cat urine in the air. Hole in bathroom by the shower. The sheets looked cleaned but definitely not the other bed covers. Went and purchased Lysol and wet wipes and cleaned the room. Tried finding something different nothing available. Slept 4 hours and left."
