Arrived late with my service dog, check in was easy, got to room and was completely disgusted from the lack of cleanliness. It was as if someone with children had been using the room just prior to my arrival. There dents in the cushions as if someone was just sitting on the chair, there were hairs everywhere and stickers stuck to the floor. The only shining light in this was the front desk lady that was able to switch me to another room immediately. The new room wasn’t as terrible and sufficed for the one night. The next morning I thought there would be breakfast, but I must have missed it. I went to fill up my water bottle but the water wasn’t working. I asked the staff member if I was just using the machine wrong and she gave me a terrible attitude, didn’t even respond and walked away from me. I politely asked her again, and she rudely responded that she just went and turned it on. I thought I’d give La Quinta a chance based on all the dog friendly TikTok’s I’ve been seeing about it but this has definitely deterred me from ever going back to another one.
