Old hotel, not even close to be a 4 star

My expectations was for a 4 star hotel, but this is way far from it. It’s an old place with everything under a 2-star hotel including bed sheets, towels. For the price paid it’s a shame.

Fiquei decepcionada com o hotel da rede: banheiro muito muito sujo, não foi lavado e nem passou por nenhum tipo de limpeza nos últimos meses. Roupa de cama com manchas e marcas de ferrugem. No momento do meu checkin, fui ao banheiro que fica na recepção do hotel, e o banheiro estava sujo e com fezes amostra. Sinalizei com cautela pra recepcionista para pedir p alguém tomar uma providência, a mesma só disse que quem limpa não estava. Nos dois dias que tomei café, não havia suficiente para todos que estavam no salao, não haviam funcionários para atender a demanda de repor o buffet e fazer limpeza do ambiente, as mesas lotadas de pratos sujos, presenciei um hóspede sinalizando falta no buffet e a funcionária disse que não era função dela. Vi um casal de hóspedes saindo sem comer. No entanto, o que mais estou horrorizada é com a falta de limpeza do quarto.

Na média de um hotel. Poderia melhorar o atendimento ao hóspede, como nos serviços do rooftop, mas a comida também é boa. Passei por uma situação onde quase fui obrigado a consumir no local da piscina, pois disseram que não poderia beber nem uma água trazida de um estabelecimento fora do hotel pelas políticas do rooftop. E quase fizeram nós arcar com o couver artístico de forma a impor o serviço, ao invés de ser opcional pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor e Leis estaduais de Maceió. Mas no geral, quarto limpo, estrutura do hotel boa, café da manhã ótimo, e o jantar excelente.

Hotel barulhento

Achei o hotel super barulhento, o 7º andar que estava era terrível, se alguém entrasse no quarto ao lado, parecia que estava entrando no meu, passavam falando e rindo no corredor as 6hs da manhã como se fosse 12hs. O quarto de cima fazia uns barulhos que super incomodava. Enfim não foi nada legal e muito menos relaxante.

Ruim. O hotel está precisando de reforma, está em péssimo estado de conservação. Daí também a questão da limpreza, ele pode até estar limpo, mas está com aspecto de sujo. Nós nos hospedamos em outros hotéis da rede e este não condiz com o padrão. As fotos da reserva não condiz com o que encontramos.

O pior hotel que ja fiquei

Eu não sou de reclamar, porém dessa vez não tem como ficar indiferente a triste experiência que tivermos. Fomos muito bem atendidos, não existe o que reclamar dos atendentes. Agora sobre as condições do quarto, Senhor que pesadelo. O cheiro do hotel é horrível. Desde a recepção até refeitório, corredores. Sem contar a presença de mofo no teto pelos corredores e no quarto é impossivel ficar bem. Quem tem problemas respiratórios é mortal. Quarto nao estava bem limpo, o cheiro do ar condicionado é sufocante! E se vc abre a pequena janela para ventilar, os pernilongos fazem a festa. De verdade mesmo, nunca mais eu me hospedo nesse lugar. Foi decepcionante!
