"We had the most amazing 2nts at the St Regis and the experience started as soon as we stepped in to the property. The bell staff were excellent. Jeffrey was outstanding. Every time we left and came back they greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm. Check in was efficient and we met the General Manager Stuart whose warmth and generosity left us overwhelmed. We were treated to a suite upgrade and my son was given the opportunity of performing saberage. The St Regis Bar was another exceptional experience and Mews was next level. The butler service - Eric was super helpful. The beautiful decor and flowers in the hotel was just out of this world. Breakfast was varied and well served. The concierge was knowledgeable and so efficient in arranging our tickets. We’ll definitely be back"

"Lovely property and staff. Thanks to Katrina at the front desk for giving us a room with a view of the Wynn fountain show and late checkout so my daughter could enjoy the pool! So convenient to the house of dancing water show and with 20% meals in restaurants at COD - it’s a great getaway!"

"Our one-night stay at W Macau – Studio City exceeded our expectations and was a highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every staff member we met made us feel valued. The room was stunning—modern, spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, giving us one of the best nights of sleep we’ve had while traveling. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered beautiful views, and the high-quality amenities made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. The hotel’s design strikes a perfect balance between contemporary style and comfort, creating an elegant atmosphere without feeling overdone. Everything was immaculately maintained, and it was clear that great care goes into the guest experience. Its location within Studio City is also a major plus, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and attractions. What truly sets W Macau apart is its outstanding hospitality. The team’s attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a great stay into a memorable one. Although we were only there for one night, we left wishing we had booked longer. W Macau – Studio City has earned our highest recommendation, and we would absolutely stay again on our next trip to Macau."

"Conveniently located near the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The room is clean, spacious and quiet with all the necessary amenities provided. There are many different kinds of pillow that you can request for. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again."
