The service of Hotel itself was very good. But the communication between Hotels.com & this hotel was not smooth. The front desk told me we have made 2 rooms at the same night but actually we have canceled one within 5 minute in Hotels.com App. before we made another one next day. And both the hotel and ourselves made many long-distance calls to Hotels.com but either too busy or no body picked up the phone. The hotel front desk cancel one for us. The Hotels.com service need to be improved. As a matter of fact, we checked in 1 room only and used for 2-3 hours to rest and then went home. OK location but not much people in this COVID-19 time.
