Not an easy hotel for someone with walking needs, (which I did declare in my original application). However the staff were EXCELLENT, especially when I arrived and had payment struggles. The room was clean, but the level of noise was unacceptable (a generator??).

Great hotel

Great hotel opposite the main rail and bus stations in Maastricht. Stationstratt has many restaurants and artisan shops and leads down to the Meuse river. Very convenient with a lift and very attentive staff.

Fabulous base to explore beautiful Maastricht

This is a great place to stay. Just across the road from the train station, a 10 minute walk into the town centre, brilliant staff, good facilities, really clean and well-maintained, good value for money. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel was great, about 17 min walk to the centre, but that was it. Checked ourselves in with a machine so no interaction with staff. Very small attic room, very expensive. Paid for the location.

Spacious family room. Few facilities in the room, such as a coffee or tea corner. The hotel is within walking distance of the center and station, therefore very noisy. People drank on the streets in the evening and municipal sweepers in the morning. Breakfast not worth the money. There are better options within walking distance of the hotel.

Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Overall nice, just the cleaning wasn’t that good. A few hair in the sink, a dirty/used glass for the thoothbrush, bit of mold in the shower/tile joints. The bed was clean though. Great location, as it is directly in front of the train station.

This is a gem of a hotel, with modern and quirkily decorated rooms. One of the main reasons I liked it so much was the outdoor courtyard (they call it a roof deck but it feels more like a courtyard) where I could chill with a book and a bottle of wine. Friendly staff rounded out the experience.
