The location was excellent, but on Friday it was noisy until around 4 or 5 in the morning, so I couldn’t sleep very well. The room that didn’t face the main street was quiet, which was nice. The room itself was cute, like the kind of attic-style apartment you’d live in if you imagined living in Europe. But it felt more suited for younger people. The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious. Lastly, if you book a Superior room or a suite, be aware that there is no elevator.

Convenient location, close to the market Square vibrant even in the spring showers. The left was out of service during our stay, but the staff was great about helping us trundle the luggage up and down a winding staircase that served our room.

Nothing to write home about

Nice small boutique hotel, we had a generously sized room right under the roof. Downside: you need to walk up the stairs with your luggage and there's no help offered and you can't fully darken the room as the lower windows have no blinds.

Superior Hotel, not a Superior Room

Very nice staff and a good, central location (despite some street noise on weekends) with a very good restaurant that can function as a workspace during the day. The room I had (superior, top floor) was ok but there was no elevator or advance notice of this (I found it strange that more affordable rooms have an elevator while these superior rooms were hard to access). The heat was very unreliable and difficult to regulate; some foul odors from the bathroom pipes; and very low ceilings with wooden beams that one can easily run into. Not a very comfortable room overall.

Quirky little boutique hotel in a great location on the edge of the old town. Good choice of eating places within a few minutes walk. Shops are 5 mins away. Rooms/bathrooms were clean and bed was super comfy. Would stay here again if visiting Maastricht.

Nice hotel, good location

Position of the hotel was fantastic and staff very helpful, although reception was closed when i wanted to check out at 7.30 which made me late for a meeting. Lift was out of action temporarily but we were notified of this well in advance. Overall, i would definitely recommend and use it again.

Excellent place to stay in Maastricht

Very much enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and good amenities. Especially the garden at the back. Only two minor criticisms: 1. The basin did not have anything that allowed it to be filled. Just had to keep the tap running. 2. The power points by the beds are inconveniently located.

Mooi hotel wij hadden een kamer achter in de tuin in de winter heerlijk stil. Alles aanwezig een schoon. Kleine opmerking is de verlichting in de badkamer die is wat mager. Zeker voor de spiegel zou je meer licht mogen verwachten.

Leuk design hotel, perfecte ligging

We waren hier eerder en hadden een mindere ervaring vanwege problemen met de douche, maar besloten het hotel een 2e kans te geven en dit keer was alles fantastisch! Bijkomend voordeel is dat er vlakbij een ruim parkeerterrein ligt.

Leuke kamers maar koude douche

De kamers zelf zijn leuk, maar onder het schuine dak kom je minder makkelijk uit bed. Het was het weekend voor Carnaval en het hotel zat vol. Dat was volgens de receptie de reden dat het warme water op was. Ik heb een uur gewacht en toen maar een ijskoude douche genomen. Pas na lang aandringen kregen we het ontbijt gratis, waar we ook lang op moesten wachten maar wat uiteindelijk wel de moeite waard was.
