"Very run down. Initially received the wrong room and wouldn’t change as they were “fully booked” so I had to sleep on the sofa bed.
Next day had to move rooms but 1 of the bedrooms was awful at night as the windows would not close correctly allowing all the street noise in, even though I was on the 7th floor, also letting all the sunlight in as there was only small blinds and no curtains.
The rooms were very run down with mould in bathrooms and sockets falling off the walls."

"This hotel is everything you can imagine.
It’s beautiful, well maintained & in the perfect location. However, the staff is the best part of the property. I felt welcomed & well taken care of the minute I walked in the doors.
I would come back to tangier just to stay in this hotel again."

You’re welcomed with mint tea on the rooftop upon arrival and where you’ll find breakfast every morning, which was great. The staff were really friendly, and helpful. The location is superb in the middle of the Medina couldn’t be better. Would stay again."

"Nice, accommodating and helpful staff. Simple rooms but has everything you need. Walking distance to hammams, spa, patisserie, small shops for water, soda and snacks and about 2 blocks from local sandwich stores costs about $2 for a sandwich with fries. Very safe area right by the highway. They have uber and inDrive local app cheaper version of uber (cash only for drivers). Near the grand socco bazaars. Only suggestion is if they could replace newer towels bec they are little old and no...
