"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"If you want to escape the madness of Medina, then Les Deux Tours is the perfect escape. Located 15 mins from Medina and 30 from the airport, the hotel is an oasis of calm. Set in a huge garden, there are multiple hidden gardens to walk through, with Peacocks roaming alongside cats and ponds with frogs and turtles. "Most of the staff was not friendly. The massage I got was rushed and then the massage therapist left, turned the lights off without a word. I had to fumble in the dark to turn the lights back on. The AC in the room was barely working. There were ants all over the one side of the room. The food and service at the pool bar were horrible. "A quick 1-night stay near the beautiful Marrakech train station, passing through from Rabat to being picked up for our glamping trip in the Sahara. Room was adequate; very clean. Street traffic outside room window was loud and busy - as expected. One suggestion would be to install blackout curtains as the thin sheers currently being used block out very little street light."

"I enjoyed my stay at Riad Lai Ou Lik very much. The owner and the staff made my stay extra special. Marrakech is a busy city so it’s nice to settle in to a clean, quiet, and comfortable room after a day full of activities. The pool was a perfect place to soak after hiking and long walks. The breakfast is the best I had in Morocco. I highly recommend staying at this special Riad. "
