"Good"

"早朝に到着したが、部屋は既に用意され朝食のサービスがあった。木目調のカジュアルな内装が、この地の観光の気分に相応しい。ホテルは勿論清潔。空港からも近く安心。"

"Room had a good view of the pool and was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful including taking some of us to join in a local festival. All the food was excellent and on one of the evenings the chef made us a special dish as my husband had asked about local specialties. They even offered us a packed breakfast as we had to leave early."

"Helpful staff"

"Breakfast and dinner is excellent at the hotel, rooms are not that spacious, just enough small rooms, parking okay okay."

"The room was average and the first issue I noticed was that the shower drainage was completely clogged and I had to stop my shower and have the maintenance clean up! This should have been taken care of prior to letting the hotel guests in."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been a regular guest, visiting almost every month. The staff and manager are always helpful and responsive. During this stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but it was fixed quickly. Room service also forgot one of my orders, and I had to follow up after waiting for an hour. "Nice service the hotel is easy to access. The wifi is the problem to connect you need to put room number and last name but the staff never put last name in the database I need to out ABC in my last name to connect to wifi"

"Terrible Service. False Advertising. Careless Management Called the hotel on 15/1/2026 about rates for 3 rooms. Expedia was offering Rs.3040 plus taxes including breakfast for King Size room with Sofabed. Talked to the manager to discuss options for matching room & rates. Was told to book it through Expedia. Even though I explained them why pay commission to third party instead make a reservation directly with the hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I learned that, they can manipulate things...

"Room was very nice and comfortable all amenities provides. However the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere with views of nothing but trash filled lots. Not ideal for tourist but wedding and business guests. Restaurant food was good but service very slow sometimes taking up to an hour. Lots of construction was going on at the time too multiple power outages."
