Welcome to this newly built apartment with its own entrance which is part of a villa located in a quiet and child-friendly district. From the living room you take a few steps down to a modern kitchen with stove, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher, inside the kitchen you will find a nice bedroom with two single beds, on the other side of the kitchen is the bathroom with shower and washing machine.
