"The staff who checked us in was excellent...extremely helpful. It would have been nice to know in advance that the pool is under repair. It would have affected our decision in hotels."

"WE WERE DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF DAILY HOUSEKEEPING.MY WIFE MADE BED AND CHASED STAFF FOR CLEAN TOWELS.NO STAFF TRASH PICKUP,MY WIFE TOOK IT OUT.WE WERE USED TO GETTING OUR BEDS MADE AND DAILY ROOM CLEANING."

"Sad to say it was run down and in bad shape. Window broken, just taped.Holes in the wall.Crack in the bottom of the bathtub, didn't even want to take a bath or shower, also dirty. Carpet stained and there as a musty smell. The only time you got staff you had to dial 0 on the desk phone."

"Clean spacious room. Good breakfast"

"Decent rate and adequate lodging. I'd stay there again except Clinton Iowa has a BO problem."

"Minimal amenities but clean and quiet."
