"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"Die Lage des Hotels war für uns nahezu perfekt. Man konnte in ca. 15 Minuten von der Autobahn zum Hotel fahren ohne dass man durch die ganze Stadt fahren musste. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Wir sind 3 Tage für umgerechnet ca. 15 € mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren. Zur Burg läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, man kann aber auch 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und kosten 400 Kronen pro Tag. "Perfect location for myself who was visiting Prague for 3 nights as someone that wanted a peaceful stay but close to old town. Staff were really helpful, girls at the restaurant, breakfast time and dinner time , especially were very polite and helpful. There was building work in the atrium but as the reception kindly gave me a room higher up this did not bother me. "The room was clean, a little tight for 10 days , but most are. Staff was great. Breakfast everyday included was fantastic. There was a nice bar. Best feature was that it is in old town . You were only minutes to the town square and the Charles Bridge. We loved it"

Das war super. Kurze Wege zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr haben den Besuch deutlich vereinfacht. Negativ waren die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage.
