"Good location for Luton Airport… 10 mins drive. Close to cafes. Quiet at night, mostly. Some parking for free outside. Bed pretty good. Friendly welcome. Reasonable sized room. Less good was the broken rainwater shower head, and the support rail for the hand held shower. Also the communal area for snacks and coffee is shut for refurbishment, which was a shame. Floors are laminate. So, fine for a night stopover."

"Unsanitary. Dusty Dirty Would rather sleep in the car so after three room changes we left for a different hotel. 1st room stunk of sewage. They moved us to another room which had dust balls on all wood surfaces and the lamp shades had food/liquid stains on them. Carpet was torn and a hazard. Moved once more to another room, however the noise from the lobby and entrance meant we couldn’t sleep. Checked out. Didn’t even ask for a refund they could use the money to fix up at least one room....

"The hotel seems quite recent and fixture and fittings are good. The room was clean. Nice reception staff. A little drawback in our room: the triple room was quite tight and there was a big pillar on the middle of our room Also parking was really tight. We arrived quite late and struggled to park"

"Very pleasant & comfortable. Around 11 parking spaces with no problems. Rooms were very clean & staff were very friendly & helpful. I stayed 1 week, checked out, found a cheaper hotel but I just had to return to this hotel. I also extended my stay for a couple of nights"

"After my previous stays at this hotel when it was part of the Hilton Group and I had to stop staying due to the clientele and not been clean or felt safe. The new owners Holiday Inn is a transformation and the staff and cleanliness was 5 star. The room was completely refurbished of good size and clean. The breakfast had a lot of choice, varied menu and superb staff. The reception and lounge area with a bar facility were greatly improved with a coffee / snack bar. There was 24 hour room service...

"Avoid this place and save your money for something better. Family member of host living at property making loud noise all morning. Bathroom was disgusting, wasn’t able to have a wash. No parking as advertised only on 2 roads away."

"Hotel is generally ok, they may want to discuss with their linen supplier bedding and towelling, had a smell of Indian restaurant to it… otherwise was just ok"

"The reception is unmanned but I got an answer from the contact number straight away. All simple enough.. the hotel was clean and convenient, a little tired but fine.. could have done with a spoon on the drinks tray in the room."
