I stayed one night with some friends and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was ok. Overall, a nice place for a short stay.
We booked this hotel and planned to stop by the pool in the evening. When we arrived, we saw the pool is being renovated. Nowhere on the website or when booking, was it ever mentioned the pool would be out of order. We specifically chose this hotel to be able to use the pool.
Bed was very comfortable, bathroom very clean maintained. We were on this hotel before two years ago, we noticed slightly deteriorating, the pool was closed (June), we packed swimming suits, not a chance to wearing them. However breakfast was very good and friendly staff.
Our stay was great. They let us know at check in about the pool under repairs and the elevator also out. We didn't have any issues with that but others might.
The 2 sweet girls at front desk were SO HELPFUL & BEST!! Customer service that I have ever experienced staying at various hotels.
I regret I am unable to remember their names.
Quiet area, clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Pool was apparently out of commission, but we weren't planning to use it. Only complaint I have is that for free wifi, you had to sign up and make an account or pay $4.95.
Room was clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. AC was cold. Plenty of hot water for showers. Breakfast was good. Location was in good proximity of everything.
Only downfall was the pool wasn’t open
Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and parking was a little tight. We were driving a large van and it was hard to maneuver in the parking lot
Property states swimming pool.
But the reality is it’s been closed for months by the state of it.
So we had to find a public one at Independence Park and paid.
