"There is no elevator and our room was on the third floor. One of the staff brought our luggage upstairs however next day we had a train in the morning for Como. Staff outright said there will be no one in the morning until 9 or 10 am to help bring down luggage. There is no taxi available and she insisted we take the bus to train station which was about 9 km . It was very frustrating as we are senior citizens. After a lot of back and forth she agreed to arrange and she did. The taxi driver...

"The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing but you have a lot of extra add ons such as a fee to use the cups in your room also having a car is very useful transport is hard to come by. The staff is very friendly and helpful!"

"Small hotel near train station. Good budget hotel. Helpful front desk. No elevator...not good if you have many or heavy lugguage."

"Everything about this place is amazing! The huge room with beautiful views over the lake, the spotless bathroom with luxurious toiletries and plenty of towels and the wonderfully comfortable bed. Also, your breakfast was served every morning on your terrace which was the best way to start the day. Add to that the staff were all so polite but also kind, friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you. We also used the private spa which was a treat and so relaxing. I cannot recommend this...

"I was incredibly surprised to find such a gem in Lugano. ALLthe staff (front desk, restaurant, gym, spa) were warm and welcoming and most important competent. The rooms are sparse but super clean and functional apartments. I enjoyed the spa services and products as well as the gym classes. The restaurant was the biggest surprise- should have a Michelin star. Excellent food, presentation and knowledgable and attentive staff. The view is gorgeous- i fact we saw an end to end rainbow one day...
